Refund Policy
When an order is custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds on items where you’ve chosen the design, colors, or style. Think of it as the price of owning something that isn’t cookie-cutter.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t match the design you created in our customizer, we’ve got your back. Reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll either replace the item or make it right.
Please double-check your design choices (size, color, spelling, placement, etc.) before checking out and be sure to respond to the email you receive to verify the print placement — once production starts, we can’t make changes.
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: we want you to love what you ordered. If something’s wrong, let us know and we’ll fix it faster than your cousin can brag about his “vintage” 2008 tee.
